Listed with Daring & Young Property Townsville agent Ash Barry, it is now under offer after being re-listed for $690,000.
It wsa originally listed for sale for $799,000 with another agency.
“The buyers moved up from the Gold Coast and were looking for something family-friendly a bit off-grid to raise their three children,” Mr Barry said.
“They loved the tennis court, cubby house and the acreage.”
And no doubt the price with the median house price on the Gold Coast recently cracking $1 million.
Decsribed as “one of a kind”, the Majors Creek property also has multiple covered entertaining areas, a fire pit, a giant chook pen, bird aviary, two bores, multiple water tanks, two bores and 45 solar panels.

Archived documents from Education Queensland shows the school was established in 1933, but when enrolments fell to just 11 students in 1999, the school was “mothballed”, eventually closing in 2009.
